In this position, you will be responsible for facilitating and implementing the annual strategic plan and budget planning process. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify trends, themes, and catalysts within core and emerging markets.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting financial modelling and developing business cases for initiatives
  • Developing project plans and benefits realisation plans
  • Supporting PIRs and continuous improvement efforts across the business
  • Serving as a trusted strategic advisor and thought leader to the business and support other business units with their needs within the strategic domain

To excel in this role, you will need:

Technical Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to think critically and strategically
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with financial modelling techniques, facilitation, process improvement, and project management

Personal Qualities:

  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Proactive approach to driving change outcomes and adapting to a constantly changing workload
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills
