The Role:

  • Manage the daily operations of the Front of House, ensuring seamless customer service and support.
  • Provide exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, handling switchboard calls and greeting clients with professionalism.
  • Oversee the scheduling and coordination of meetings and events, including catering and logistics.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the business by assisting with administrative tasks and projects as needed.
