Language Capability Manager Role

The Language Capability Manager plays a pivotal role in enhancing foreign language capability across the Enterprise. This strategic position supports operational research and analysis, enabling translation and interpretation to drive high-impact outcomes for operational missions.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with staff performing specialist operational roles, such as analysts, who benefit from limited language proficiency. The role also involves cultivating relationships with stakeholders, coordinating corporate records on Enterprise language capability, and maintaining effective networks across the IC community.

Successful candidates will possess strong communication skills, verbal and written, and be able to engage with internal and external stakeholders. Previous experience in people capability development roles, engagement with technology development areas, and exposure to language specialists or language studies capabilities are highly regarded.
