We are currently looking for dynamic, highly enthusiastic, and results-oriented individuals for permanent part-time Sales Consultant position at our established stores located at Belconnen shopping center and at Canberra Centre. This pivotal role involves part time work for delivering exceptional customer service to international travelers, with a focus on facilitating foreign currency exchange transactions.

**Your duties vary but primarily include**:

- Servicing customer enquiries and securing FX deals
- Work on sales targets and contribute best to the store operations
- Participation in overall sales activities and marketing projects
- Continuous work against money laundering and follow current regulations and procedures. Daily Branch Activities and administration tasks

**We are looking for individuals with the following qualities**:

- Previous Retail or Customer Service Experience,
- Driven and solution-oriented person who is passionate about sales,
- Must have excellent communication and negotiation skill set,
- Overall flexible to work at both locations,
- Responsible with great attention to detail,
- Ability to complete tasks with great accuracy in timely manner,
- Team player who enjoys collaborating with others,
- Basic computer knowledge, mainly in Microsoft Office suites, Must be fluent in English, fluency in other languages would be advantageous.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Hours: Working for casual hours in line with operational requirements. Our store operates all 7 days in line with the retail operating hours. Availability to work in the weekends and on Thursday (in line with late shopping hours) are Must.**
