Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Store Business Manager to lead our retail management team in Melbourne.

This key leadership role requires exceptional people skills, the ability to inspire and motivate a team, and strong business acumen to drive results.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop a deep understanding of your store team and provide coaching and development opportunities to ensure their success.
  • Lead from the front in terms of workplace health and safety, providing training and coaching to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Ensure the operation of your store is managed effectively to deliver outstanding results, maximising sales and profit while maintaining expense levels.
About You
  • You will have previous experience in a senior retail management role with a minimum of 30+ years of leadership experience.
  • You will possess demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, with flexible availability across our span of hours.
  • You will have a strong understanding of various Retail Operations and previous experience working to KPIs and budgets.
  • You will be effective in time management and organisational skills, with demonstrated people leadership and safety management abilities.
