Cluster and Community Leadership Opportunity

As a Cluster and Community Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of three retail stores. This role will require strong leadership skills to motivate and coach Store Managers in creating exceptional customer experiences.

The ideal candidate will have experience in multi-site retail management and be passionate about building a community. They will drive sales growth, improve KPIs, and engage with customers across the cluster.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead and inspire teams, build a true flagship store, and make a lasting impact on our customers' lives.

  • Champion brand values and ensure they are implemented consistently across stores
  • Lead weekly check-ins with Store Managers, providing coaching and motivation
  • Drive sales growth, KPIs, and customer engagement across the cluster
  • Develop Fitzroy as a flagship store, hosting events and activations that connect with our community

Requirements:

  • Experienced retail leader or Store Manager looking for a new challenge
  • Passionate about creating memorable customer experiences and building a community
  • Proven track record in driving sales growth and improving team performance
  • Organized and commercially astute with confidence using reporting tools
