Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to lead our Nuclear Security team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of a safe and secure nuclear-powered submarine capability by understanding and communicating threats to the program, uplifting security culture and awareness across our workforce, and mitigating personnel security risks.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of legislative and policy frameworks, government decision-making, and our program's objectives. They will influence and contribute to the development of our security strategies, policies, and operational practices in accordance with the Commonwealth Protective Security Policy Framework and the Defence Security Principles Framework.
