Our team is seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to fill the role of Early Childhood Educator. As an educator, you will play a vital part in creating a supportive environment that enables children to grow and develop their skills.

In this position, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education and care to children from kindergarten age through to older students. This includes creating engaging lesson plans, implementing educational programs, and providing guidance and support to staff members.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of children;
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and staff members;
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote quality education and care;
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your knowledge and skills;
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about early childhood education and has excellent communication skills. You will need to have a strong understanding of child development theories and be able to apply them in practice.

Requirements
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification;
  • Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card);
  • Current First Aid Certificate including CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis; or ability to obtain before commencement;
