Education Role Opportunity

A casual educator role is available at our centre in Proserpine, Australia. The position involves working with children aged from birth to school age.

About the Job

This role requires you to contribute to the education program in your assigned room and work collaboratively as part of the centre team.

You will be responsible for engaging with and supervising the children at all times, ensuring their safety and well-being. This includes maintaining a safe environment for both the children and staff members.

  • Create an inclusive and stimulating atmosphere for the children to explore and learn.
  • Work closely with other educators to develop and implement educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of the children.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have a Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care or a related field. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with colleagues and families.

In addition, you should be able to maintain accurate records, follow instructions, and work effectively under pressure. It's essential that you have a passion for working with young children and are committed to ongoing learning and professional development.
