Job Role Overview

We are seeking experienced, proactive & adaptable medical professionals to fill paramedic positions across Queensland.

">Key Qualifications and Skills
  • A standard 11 induction is mandatory for this role.
  • Candidates must possess a valid manual MR licence or above.
  • Current CPR and first aid certifications, including HLTAID009, HLTAID011, HLTAID014 and HLTAID015, are essential.
  • The ability to collect specimens for drugs of abuse testing, as per HLTPAT005, is required.
  • AHPRA registration is necessary for this position.
  • Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in paramedicine.
  • Additionally, a current QLD coal board medical certification is required.
  • National police certificates, issued within the last 12 months, are also necessary.
Specialised Training
  • Operate breathing apparatus open circuit (PUAFIR207)
  • Prevent injury (PUAFIR210)
  • Identify, detect and monitor hazardous materials at an incident (PUAFIR316)
  • Render hazardous materials incidents safe (PUAFIR324)
  • Participate in rescue operations (PUASAR022)
  • Undertake road crash rescue (PUASAR024)
  • Undertake confined space rescue (PUASAR025)
  • Undertake vertical rescue (PUASAR032)
  • Conduct fire team operations (RIIERR201E)
  • Prepare, maintain and test response equipment (PUAEQU001) or prepare equipment for emergency response (PMAWHS211)
