Job Description:

As a medical alarm responder, you will be the first point of contact for clients with their emergency needs. Your role will involve answering a variety of medical alarm activations, from emergency assistance calls to general testing and troubleshooting.

You will notify emergency services when required and communicate critical details that could save a life. This is a client-facing role, which requires excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in customer service, exceptional listening skills, and excellent resilience. You should also be computer literate and able to pick up new systems quickly.
