We strive to provide exceptional care and support to our residents, and we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Assistant Nurse to join our team.

The Role

We are seeking a Casual qualified Assistant Nurse with experience in Aged Care, to work varied shifts across our residential facility. As an Assistant Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents, including personal care, continence management, and manual handling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide empathetic and understanding care to elderly residents
  • Deliver a high standard of nursing care, including personal care, continence management, and manual handling
  • Hold a minimum Certificate Level III in Aged Care or equivalent
  • Experience in the provision of Aged Care, specifically with people with dementia
  • National Police Clearance
  • Full availability across all days
  • Excellent written communication and articulation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with residents
  • A commitment to maintaining acceptable professional standards
  • Punctuality, reliability, and a high standard of personal appearance
  • A desire to support and work collaboratively with fellow colleagues
