Rosalie Nursing Care Centre is a specialist dementia nursing home in the inner city suburb of Paddington, offering a unique and supportive environment for our residents.

Job Opportunity

We are seeking a qualified Assistant Nurse with experience in aged care to join our team on a casual basis. The successful candidate will work varied shifts across a 7-day roster, providing high-quality care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to residents, including continence management and manual handling
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to deliver person-centred care
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individual care plans
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
Requirements
  • Certificate Level III in Aged Care or equivalent
  • Experience in aged care, with a focus on dementia care
  • National Police Clearance
  • Full availability across all days
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
