We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Administration Officer to join our team at Rosalie Nursing Care Centre. As an Administration Officer, you will be responsible for managing the smooth operations of the front office, providing administrative support to the Director of Care and clinical care staff team, and ensuring the efficient management of customer feedback and complaints.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Director of Care and clinical care staff team
- Manage high volume data entry within the Resident & Staff Management database
- Manage the Staff 24 hour roster in conjunction with the Director of Care
- Develop and maintain client files
- Manage customer feedback and complaints
- Diary management
- General administration duties
- Assist with resident facility tours
- Secretarial support (including minute taking) within a culturally diverse workforce
- Maintain staff education register
- Assist in quality audits and monthly reporting
- Staff rostering and payroll support experience
- Administration experience within a busy office environment essential
- Genuine interest in the holistic care of the elderly and people with Alzheimer's
- Advanced computer skills proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Minimum 3 years administration officer experience within a busy office environment
- Experience within aged or community care highly regarded
- Well-developed communication skills - both verbal and written
- Demonstrated ability to work with various databases
- Demonstrated analytical and problem resolution skills
- Handling and answering telephone enquiries in a timely manner
- Exceptional attention to detail with a high level of accuracy of data entry
- Administration qualifications highly regarded
- Current Open Driver Licence
- National Police Clearance (willingness to obtain)
- Covid vaccinations including booster
