Toro Australia is seeking an experienced Service Technician to join its Equipment team in Wetherill Park, NSW. Reporting to the Service Manager, Equipment, this role involves the mechanical aspects of repairing, maintaining, and servicing turf maintenance-related equipment within a specified region.

About This Role

  • Cylinder sharpening and cutting unit setup are essential tasks in this position.
  • Ensuring new equipment meets OEM guidelines is crucial for customer satisfaction.
  • The successful candidate will perform various mechanical tasks involved in repairing, maintaining, and servicing turf maintenance-related equipment.
  • Establishing professional working relationships with customers is vital for our success.
  • Maintaining relevant service-related information is also an important responsibility.

What We Offer

In exchange for your skills and experience, we offer a competitive salary of AU$85,000 - AU$110,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and location. Requirements

  • Excellent self-organizational and customer service skills are necessary for success in this role.
  • A keen eye for detail and willingness to learn new skills are also essential.
  • Experience in maintaining hydraulic, electric, and mobile plant equipment, with a strong base of diagnostic skills, is highly regarded.
  • Proven experience or understanding of turf or turf machinery maintenance will be highly regarded.
