At The Toro Company, we are seeking a skilled Equipment Maintenance Specialist to join our team in Wetherill Park, NSW. Reporting to the Service Manager, Equipment, this role involves the mechanical aspects of repairing, maintaining, and servicing turf maintenance-related equipment within a specified region, contributing to our expansive national network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cylinder sharpening and cutting unit setup.
  • Adhering to OEM guidelines to build new equipment fit for customer use effectively.
  • Coordinating and performing various mechanical tasks involved in repairing, maintaining, and servicing turf maintenance-related equipment.
  • Establishing professional working relationships with customers.
  • Establishing and maintaining relevant service-related information.

Requirements:

  • Excellent self-organizational and customer service skills.
  • A keen eye for detail and a willingness to learn new skills.
  • Experience in maintaining hydraulic, electric, and mobile plant equipment, with a strong base of diagnostic skills.
  • Proven experience or understanding of turf or turf machinery maintenance will be highly regarded.
