As a key member of our clubhouse team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, managing day-to-day operations, and contributing to the overall success of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Experience: Create personalized experiences for members and guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere in our clubhouse.
- Day-to-Day Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of our cafe, including beverage preparation, inventory management, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Event Management: Assist in organizing and executing workplace events, ensuring seamless execution and guest satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure we are always stocked and ready to meet our members' needs.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our clubhouse team to achieve our business objectives and provide exceptional customer service.
- Customer Service Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in hospitality, retail, or a similar service-oriented sector.
- Barista Experience: Experience as a barista within a fast-paced environment.
