Experienced Customer Service Ambassador Wanted

This is an exciting opportunity for a reliable and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Casual Relief Supervisor/Club Attendant.
The successful applicant will provide exceptional customer service to members and guests, working in a fast-paced environment with a variety of tasks including operating TAB/Keno games, performing cash handling duties, and maintaining floor cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities:- Relief Supervisor:
- Support the management team with daily operations, including promotions, bar services, gaming activities, and catering.
- Train and mentor staff with performance feedback to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Resolve conflicts with customers and employees in a professional manner.
- Delegate tasks to employees in accordance with organizational standards.
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Club Attendant:
- Provide top-notch customer service to members and guests, responding to their needs promptly and efficiently.
- Work as a bar attendant, ensuring beverage product replenishment and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Operate TAB/Keno games, managing transactions and providing accurate change.
- Perform cash handling duties, accurately processing payments and maintaining financial records.
- Maintain floor cleanliness, including table clearing, glass, and plate collection.
- Assist with membership enquiries, providing information and resolving issues in a friendly and professional manner.
This is a casual role requiring flexibility, with approximately 15-20 hours per week. Availability to work Weekdays, Weeknights, and Weekends is essential.
To be successful in this role, you will require a positive attitude, passion for customer service, strong work ethic, ability to work in a team environment and autonomously, effective time management, and current RSA & RCG Licence.
