We are a leading spirits and champagne company seeking a skilled Customer Service Ambassador to join our global team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our customers across Australia and New Zealand.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Order Processing: Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders to meet delivery deadlines and customer expectations.
  • Customer Communication: Provide clear and concise communication to customers regarding order status, product availability, and any issues that may arise.
  • Customer Query Resolution: Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Product Knowledge: Have a deep understanding of FMCG products to effectively assist customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and troubleshooting.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Your Qualifications:
  • Customer Service Experience: Demonstrated customer service experience with strong communication skills.
  • Multitasking: Proven ability to multitask and take initiative in high-pressure situations.
  • Positive Mindset: Naturally inclined to be the go-to person with a positive and proactive mindset.
  • Empathy and Patience: High level of empathy and patience in handling diverse customer queries.
  • Relationship Building: Skilled at building and nurturing relationships both internally and externally.
  • Supply Chain or Exports Experience: Experience in supply chain or exports desirable.
  • JDE Experience: JDE experience an advantage.
