About the Role

This position plays a pivotal role in providing strategic advisory services to senior leadership and the business, ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations and risk management practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Offer expert guidance to senior leadership and the business on compliance matters.
  • Support the implementation of local Compliance strategies by delivering advisory services, conducting risk assessments, leading training initiatives, developing policies and procedures, and establishing effective controls.
  • Lead Compliance reviews of new business initiatives to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and ethical standards.
  • Participate in strategic and new business working groups, providing proactive Compliance input.
  • Liaise with local regulators as required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • 7+ years of Compliance experience within the trading industry, with extensive support provided to trading desks.
  • Detailed understanding of trading regulations impacting global market makers, with strong knowledge of APAC regulatory expectations and market structures.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing Compliance programs, policies, and controls.
