About the Role:

We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our team as a Risk Advisory Specialist. As a key member of our Group Risk Enablement Tribe, you will be responsible for leading a team to deliver risk-related tools and frameworks that support better decision making by our leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Lead a team to design, build, and deliver risk-related tools and frameworks;">
  • Step change how we 'do' risk at Woolworths Group, including how we embed contemporary, straightforward, and easy-to-use tools;">
  • Operationalise key tools and frameworks through training and partnering across the Risk Platform;">
  • Provide exceptional risk advisory services across the Risk Platform and into our Businesses;">
  • Coching and development of the team in substantive skills such as risk management, delivery/project management, stakeholder management, and communications.">
