Out of Home Care Liaison Nurse

Support the well-being of children in care by coordinating assessments and plans in a vital liaison role.

  • The OOHC Liaison Nurse facilitates health assessments and health management plans for children and young people entering Out of Home Care within Western Sydney.
  • Clinical, liaison, implementation and monitoring functions to support OOHC health needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Current Registered Nurse Division 1 with APHRA
  • Minimum of three years post-registration experience appropriate to performing the role of a Clinical Nurse Specialist Level 2 for children and young people in OOHC
  • High level communication, liaison, networking and negotiation skills
