Expedition Team Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to talent acquisition, retention, and engagement initiatives to foster a cohesive team environment.

  • Manage contracts, facilitate performance feedback reporting, and oversee resource development to support team members throughout their career journey.

Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders is essential to ensuring each voyage meets regulatory requirements, exceeds passenger expectations, and upholds the organization's reputation for quality expeditions and sustainability.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in the travel industry, particularly in recruitment or scheduling, with a strong preference for cruise or adventure travel background.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and experience using customer relationship management systems (CRM) such as Salesforce.
  • A proactive attitude, passion for sustainability, and respect for natural and cultural environments are critical.
