Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving the adoption and delivery of AI software and systems. You will be responsible for developing a vision for AI systems and solutions, creating business cases, and defining product requirements.   • Develop a comprehensive roadmap for AI system implementation, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of business needs and opportunities, identifying areas where AI can drive value and efficiency gains.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and create detailed specifications for AI solutions.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure successful deployment and adoption of AI systems, providing ongoing support and guidance as needed.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • 7+ years of experience in either AI & analytics product development or mine operations technical disciplines, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
  • Background that includes solid business understanding and high-level knowledge of product delivery.
  • Modern product development toolkit experience, including agile development methodologies, OKR frameworks, lean testing principles, and user research techniques.
  • Proven expertise in using AI solutions and systems to drive improvements in efficiency and productivity in mining or heavy industrial applications.
