AI and Data Leadership Opportunity

At our organization, we are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our AI & Data team. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of AI & Data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement AI and data strategies to drive business value.
  • Manage projects and teams to ensure timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards.
  • Engage with clients to understand their challenges and translate them into actionable AI and data solutions.
  • Optimize data ecosystems to enhance scalability, efficiency, and performance.
  • Drive continuous improvement through Agile methodologies, data governance, and AI/ML best practices.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics, AI, or data engineering, including project management and leadership experience.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud services (AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform), SQL, Python, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Knowledge of modern data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, and cloud-native AI/ML tools.
  • Tech specialist in AI and app development.
  • Data Science exposure will be an added advantage.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills—able to bridge technical and business perspectives.
  • Agile project management experience to ensure smooth execution of AI and Data projects.
