We are a leading developer of software solutions, with over 400 talented professionals and four development labs across the globe. As a Technical Consultant, you will play a key role in designing, configuring, and implementing our software products.

The Role

You will be responsible for all technical aspects of product implementation, including installation, upgrades, configuration, integrations, customisations, data migrations, and troubleshooting.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Project Delivery: Deliver high-quality technical tasks within agreed timelines and estimates.
  • Product Installation and Upgrades: Successfully install, test, certify, and upgrade our software within customer environments.
  • Data Migration: Collaborate with project teams to determine required data migration, develop migration scripts, and test the migration process.
  • Integration and Customisation: Configure and test API and Webservices-based integrations and develop customisations where required.
  • Testing and Support: Work with project teams to test end-to-end solutions and provide ongoing support during User Acceptance Testing and Go Live.
  • Best Practice Contributions: Contribute to continuous improvement in our methodology through improvements in our 'way of working' and contribute to Communities of Practice and Body of Knowledge.

Requirements

We seek experienced professionals with at least 2 years of experience in implementing technical solutions, having completed approximately 5-6 implementation projects. Ideal candidates possess knowledge and experience with Relational Database Management Systems, programming skills, exposure to general use and administration of Microsoft operating systems (Windows Server, Windows), and Unix administration.
