
Leading Customer Service Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Care Manager to lead our national customer care team in Sydney.
- Lead a high-performing team of 3 Customer Care leaders and approximately 10 Customer Care Consultants each.
- Responsible for delivering exceptional service to national customers.
- Drive a culture of change through effective leadership and coaching.
- Demonstrate daily the values of Customer First, Accountability, Boldness, Openness, and Integrity with every interaction.
- Spearhead customer care key performance indicators and exceed customer service expectations.
- Be a project leader for customer service-related projects and contribute to the delivery of best practice in customer service initiatives.
To succeed, you will have:
- Experience leading a customer service team in a high-pressure environment.
- Passion for leading, coaching, mentoring, and developing team members.
- Ability to make decisions and provide feedback to Team Leaders, Customer Care Consultants, and key stakeholders.
- Exposure to the industrial industry will be highly regarded.
