
Customer Experience Specialist

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be the face of our brand, interacting with customers in-store and online to create memorable and personalized experiences.
This role involves having fun conversations, helping to curate outfits, and providing solutions to customer inquiries. If you love fashion and enjoy working with people, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
**Job Responsibilities:**
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Access and work in multiple systems and databases simultaneously
- Provide tailored solutions to meet customer needs
- Process customer returns efficiently
- Create a high-energy and compelling in-store brand experience
- Style customers confidently and naturally
- Represent the brand as an ambassador
- Support the Operations Manager, Customer Care Manager, and Customer Care team where required
**Requirements:**
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar back-end customer service role
- Touch typing speed of at least 75 words per minute and 90% accuracy
- Display confident and professional phone and communications skills
- Previous experience working in multiple systems and databases, including Mac systems and software
- Retail and customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- General understanding of our brand's values and mission
