Job Description:

The Health, Safety and Wellbeing Programs Consultant will play a crucial role in supporting the organization's commitment to health, safety and wellbeing responsibilities.

As part of the Group's Health, Safety and Wellbeing team, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining systems and processes to provide a safe and healthy place of work.

Your key objectives include:

  • Developing and delivering on initiatives to improve psychosocial safety and reduce harm from psychosocial risks.
  • Conducting strategic analysis, research and case studies to enhance the program and drive outcomes.
  • Collaborating with managers and business unit stakeholders to drive improvements in mental health and psychosocial safety performance.
Key Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Current registration as a psychologist with AHPRA, preferably with Organisational Psychology qualifications.
  • Experience working in psychosocial safety and risk management within a corporate setting.
  • Excellent knowledge of psychosocial risk-related legislation.
