
Senior Retail Leader Position

This role focuses on delivering exceptional client experiences in a fast-paced retail environment. Key responsibilities include:
- Embodying Sephora's DNA and showcasing the curated, innovative prestige beauty experience to customers.
- Driving a selling culture and consistently raising the performance and capability of the team through coaching and supporting growth and development.
- Utilizing reporting data to support operational decisions by working closely with the Store Manager and fellow team members.
- Providing effective feedback and consistent communication with the Management team.
- Confidently making store decisions as the point of contact when being the Manager in Charge for client and cast member matters.
As a Beauty Manager, you will have opportunities to work across various categories, including beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness, as well as sales, management, and back-of-house operations.
Required Qualifications and Skills- Previous retail management experience, particularly in managing profit and loss, sales forecasting, people management and training, stock control, and visual merchandising.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite to interpret and input data for daily reporting.
- A hands-on leader who enjoys motivating and coaching store team members to succeed.
- Passion for excellent client service and experiential retail to ensure the store represents the brand.
- Ability to maintain a strong and positive culture where everyone is valued, recognized, and enabled to succeed through feedback and career development, coaching, learning, and recognition.
- History of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
