About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Mayfield Childcare Limited. As a key member of our Centre, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of tomorrow's leaders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging programs tailored to each child's unique interests and needs.
  • Foster a warm and inclusive environment where every child feels valued, safe, and empowered to explore.
  • Maintain open channels of communication with parents, providing regular updates on their child's progress and addressing any concerns with care.
  • Collaborate with the Centre team to create a cohesive and supportive learning community.
  • Continuously observe and assess children's development, adapting and contributing to our programming based on their evolving needs.
Requirements
  • Hold an ACECQA-approved qualification relevant to the role.
  • Bring working knowledge of learning frameworks, NQF, and Child Safe Standards.
  • Shine in communication and interpersonal skills, fostering meaningful connections with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Have a proven track record of creating vibrant, engaging learning environments.
  • Show unwavering passion for igniting a lifelong love of learning in young minds.
