Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a transparent commission structure for our Enterprise, Government, and Wholesale functions.
  • Deploy and manage a software solution to automate commission calculations and provide user visualization and self-service capabilities.
  • Manage a team of commission analysts and provide coaching, feedback, and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory policies.
  • Implement a governance process with appropriate signoffs.

Requirements:
