The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Trades Assistant to support our Service team in Somerton. As a key member of our team, you will assist our tradespeople with their daily tasks, ensuring the efficient maintenance and operation of our equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Material handling and setup of equipment
  • Assist in coordinating work schedules and preparing jobs
  • Ensure timely completion of reports and paperwork
  • General housekeeping and cleaning
  • Conduct work in compliance with quality and safety standards
  • Maintain rental fleet alongside qualified tradespeople

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Previous experience in a trades assistant or similar role
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and hand and power tooling experience
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a team
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication skills, and customer service etiquette
  • An uncompromising commitment to quality workmanship and safety policies
