About the Role

Maintenance Supervisor - Non-Processing Infrastructure Leader

In this pivotal role, you will oversee the maintenance and engineering services for our non-processing infrastructure, ensuring optimal equipment reliability and compliance with relevant maintenance strategies and statutory responsibilities. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving the success of our operations, fostering a culture of excellence, and promoting a safe working environment.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and direct a team of maintenance professionals to deliver exceptional maintenance and engineering services.
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance plans, strategies, and procedures to optimize equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and communication.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to drive efficiency and productivity.

Requirements

  • Trade Certificate in Mechanical or Electrical disciplines.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a supervisory role or the ability to demonstrate supervisory capabilities in mining or heavy industry maintenance.
  • Previous maintenance supervisory experience in a variety of areas in mining (desired).
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a team environment while motivating and encouraging others.
  • Customer focus attitude and an approachable attitude.
  • Innovation and ability to use initiative for improvement and implementation.
  • Effective leadership skills and the ability to embrace change when required.
