About the Role

Scape is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our dynamic NSW Facilities Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing a diverse range of maintenance activities, from routine inspections and preventative measures to urgent repairs.

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will work closely with our Operations and Wellness & Hygiene teams to ensure our facilities are safe, functional, and well-maintained. You will be responsible for managing changing schedules and task prioritization to meet project deadlines, while delivering top-notch customer service.

About You

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor who is ready to take charge and ensure our facilities operate at the highest standards. You will have a strong background in commercial building maintenance, with a trades background or relevant tertiary qualification preferred but not essential.

You will be able to juggle tasks, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will have effective communication skills and a knack for problem-solving, with a strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to your work.

Requirements
  • Experience in commercial building maintenance
  • A trades background or relevant tertiary qualification, preferred but not essential
  • Ability to juggle tasks, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and deliver top-notch customer service
  • Effective communication skills and a knack for problem-solving
  • Open, clean driving license
  • Be proactive, committed, and with high attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills that promote positive interactions with stakeholders and residents
  • Experience in leading and training a team to provide amazing customer experiences
