About the RoleWe are seeking a dedicated, hard-working, and knowledgeable HR professional to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of contemporary HR practices, excellent administrative and organizational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations diplomatically.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional support to the HR team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations
- Develop and implement HR initiatives to drive business growth and employee engagement
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures
- Conduct thorough investigations and provide recommendations to management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field
- Current Working with Children's Check and Police Check
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
