About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Health Specialist to join our Health and Injury Management team at CSL Behring (AU) Pty Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in providing specialist occupational health and wellbeing advice and services to support the health and safety of our employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement services to manage risk, including incident management, early intervention, and end-to-end injury management for a portfolio of cases.
- Engage with stakeholders, including Human Resources, Workers, and Managers at all levels, to minimize risk and promote a safe working environment.
- Achieve compliance with regulatory and business requirements, including safety and workers compensation legislation and regulations.
- Deliver pre-employment medical reviews and contribute to the design and implementation of the wellbeing program.
- Manage health surveillance and first aid management programs, and implement strategic projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Suitably qualified health professional (e.g., Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, Registered Nurse, Osteopath).
- Post-graduate qualification in occupational health management or equivalent.
- Occupational Health first aid certificates.
- 3-5 years of experience working within an organization delivering health and injury management (e.g., onsite occupational health/injury management).
- Knowledge of safety and workers compensation legislation and regulations.
