About the Role
CSL Behring is a world-class manufacturer of blood plasma proteins used to treat human immune deficiencies and severe autoimmune diseases.
We are seeking an Engineering Data Support professional to join our Engineering group as a custodian of Engineering data on SAP. This is a permanent full-time position with hybrid, flexible work available.
Reporting to the Engineering Data Manager, you will support the engineering data management activities to provide high-quality, user-focused support services. You will help manage Engineering data in SAP, support systems, and processes. Engineering data includes Assets, Preventive Maintenance, Calibration data, and Engineering Materials.
Your Responsibilities
- Data cleansing and transformation activities in preparation for loading into the database
- Review and respond to service requests from site users
- Proactively identify potential risks to GxP compliance and implement solutions for improvement
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues as they arise, escalate as required
- Complete system testing of improvements/fixes in a thorough and timely manner
- Extract data and develop reports to support site user requirements
- Deliver training to new users
Your Experience
- Relevant Engineering or Science degree, or related TAFE qualification
- 2 years of experience in a similar function/role
- Previous SAP experience (S4 HANA preferred), LSMW experience desirable
- Understanding of GMP and quality requirements in manufacturing/maintenance is ideal
- Advanced Excel skills and a sense of ownership of the data that we manage, to ensure that it is as correct and complete as possible
- Strong attention to detail and logical/methodical problem-solving
