Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an Analytics Insights Specialist.

This role involves working with stakeholders to deliver business intelligence, commercial insights, and customer journey mapping that drive business growth and customer engagement.

The ideal candidate will have mid-level experience in data analysis and interpretation, as well as excellent communication skills to effectively present findings to key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze complex data sets to discover trends and patterns, and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
  • Develop and implement data governance solutions to ensure data quality and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy data-driven initiatives that meet business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Attention to Detail: Accurately identify and rectify discrepancies or errors in information and deliverables.
  • Learning Agility: Identify and apply strategies to enhance the reception, retention, and use of newly acquired information, skills, and abilities.
  • Numerical Problem Solving: Work with numerical information and perform mathematical calculations to solve problems.
