Job Summary

As a skilled professional, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and guiding individuals to secure sustainable employment opportunities that foster growth and development.

Utilizing your exceptional customer service skills, you will build rapport with clients, assist them on their employment journey, and help them overcome barriers to employment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders as part of managing the referral & intake process of job seekers into our programs.">
• Ancillary needs assessment of job seeker skills, abilities, and identification of barriers and intervention strategies.">
• In consultation with our job seekers, develop and maintain work preparation strategies, job seeking strategies, tailored interventions (including other service providers), and employment support activities.">
• Reverse market job seekers to achieve sustainable employment opportunities.">
• Provide pre-employment assistance through vocational counselling, training, job search skills, and work trials/work experience to increase capacity for employment.">

Requirements

• ">
• Self-driven, resilient, and experienced in Customer Service.">
• Loves a challenge, thrives in a dynamic pace, and has the ability to move agilely through their to-do list.">
• Experience within the Employment Services sector is advantageous but not essential as we have a strong induction and support network to help you succeed.">
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.">
• Ability to use computer systems, with excellent data accuracy & note-taking.">
• Build rapport and maintain relationships with clients, peers, and job seekers.">
• Enjoy achieving KPIs – we aren’t selling cars; we are securing meaningful work for vulnerable individuals.">
• Holds a current NDIS Worker Screening check or is willing to obtain one.">
