The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and comfortable boarding experience for our students, providing support and assistance as needed, and contributing to a positive and supportive living environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing the Boarding House: Ensure a calm and orderly atmosphere in the boarding house, providing a safe and welcoming environment for students.
  • Providing Support and Assistance: Be available to address any student needs or concerns during evening hours, providing guidance and support as required.
  • Maintaining a Safe and Positive Environment: Contribute to a positive and supportive living environment for boarding students, promoting a sense of community and well-being.
Requirements
  • Experience Working with Young People: Essential experience working with young people, preferably in a boarding or residential setting.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents.
  • Ability to Work Independently and as Part of a Team: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing schedules and situations.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Willingness to work a varied schedule, including weekends and evenings, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing circumstances.
  • Current First Aid Certificate: Current First Aid certificate, with the ability to provide first aid and emergency care as required.
