House Supervisor

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced House Supervisor to join our team at Scope. As a House Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing leadership and support to our customers with their daily tasks and goals through a person-centred approach.

About the Team

You will work in a supportive team environment with a team of specialists who share a common purpose – to create meaningful opportunities for people with disability to belong and thrive.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and support to customers with their daily tasks and goals
• Manage a small staff team and related services, including effective roster management
• Have experience within disability, including experience managing complex behaviours of concern
• Work in a supportive team environment with opportunity to make positive change
• Manage a rotating roster with 76/76 fortnightly split

Requirements

• Advanced Diploma in Disability or equivalent
• NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance and Working with Children's Check (Employee)
• Current Level 2 First Aid & CPR Certificate
• Valid Australian Working Rights and an International Police Check if you have lived or worked overseas for more than one (1) year within the last ten years
