**About the Role**:
Are you passionate about supporting young women in a nurturing environment? Do you enjoy building positive relationships and making a difference in the lives of others?

PLC Sydney is seeking a dedicated Boarding Resident to join our team.

As a Boarding Resident, you'll play a vital role in creating a safe, supportive, and engaging home away from home for our boarders.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Supporting senior staff in running the routines of the house.
- Helping students with their academic tasks and fostering a positive learning environment.
- Working with senior staff to ensure the well-being of our boarders
- Organising and running engaging & positve activities on weekends.

- Work two Fridays per term, plus additional shifts as needed
- Assist with boarding duties on two weekends per term + additional as required
- Meals provided on shift during term-time

Applicants will be required to support the Christian ethos of the College.
