As a Claims Resolution Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will be responsible for collaborating effectively with Injury Management and Technical Advisors to ensure comprehensive support, engaging with relevant internal departments to develop and execute action plans for file direction, and operating within the designated Delegation of Authority framework.

Your excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically will enable you to navigate complex claims scenarios and provide innovative solutions.
