Regional Operations Director

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and company policies and procedures.
They will analyze and report on key business metrics to ensure continuous improvement of hotel operations. Budget management, financial analysis, sales monitoring, and profit optimization are also part of their duties.

Strong leadership, training, and motivational skills are required. Excellent communication abilities and high personal presentation and hygiene standards are also essential.
Ability to manage conflicts, remain calm under pressure, and work unsupervised. A thorough understanding of P&L statements and experience in managing high-volume environments is necessary.
Current Approved Manager Licence, RMLV, Gaming Nominee, RSA, and RSG qualifications are required.
