Community Support Role

We are seeking a dedicated individual to provide high-quality support services to community clients. The successful candidate will deliver person-centred care, ensuring the well-being and safety of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Personal care, including showering, dressing, continence care, and assistance with daily living activities
  • Support customers with medication administration and adherence to their care plan
  • Assist with domestic duties, meal preparation, and household tasks for a safe and hygienic environment
  • Provide social support, including transport to appointments and shopping
Requirements:
  • Australian driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Certificate III Aged Care (desired) or equivalent experience
  • Current First Aid certification (desired)
  • Previous experience working in community support roles (desired)
  • Understanding of aged care legislation and principles of Occupational Safety & Health
  • Effective communication skills for interacting with staff, clients, families, and service providers
