Design Director Role

Hospitality Design Leader Opportunity

The ideal candidate will lead the design function across a portfolio of dynamic hospitality brands.

  • Develop brand concepts and visual identities from the ground up
  • Translate strategic and creative briefs into polished campaigns
  • Design high-quality assets across print, digital, social, and motion
  • Create ad creatives, animation elements, and video overlays
  • Design and manage visual direction for websites and digital projects
  • Brief and guide junior designers and video editors
  • Lead creative research, moodboarding, and presentation development

This is a hands-on studio role with no remote work, you'll be collaborating closely with our strategists, content team, and leadership to deliver impactful designs.

Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in design (agency or in-house)
  • A strong portfolio showcasing branding, campaign work, and digital design
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma; animation skills are highly desirable
  • Strong understanding of brand systems, typography, and storytelling through design
  • Confidence briefing, reviewing, and mentoring junior creatives
  • A proactive mindset with strong attention to detail
