Scape is a dynamic and innovative organization that values excellence in customer experience.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions through nightly audits. You will also manage night shift operations, responding to inquiries, and guaranteeing seamless transitions between shifts.

Your primary objective will be to maintain the security and safety of our premises during nights by monitoring CCTV systems and addressing concerns or emergencies as needed.

In addition, you will assist with various administrative tasks such as updating reservations, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records.

To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You should also have strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and database management systems.

You will work closely with hotel departments to ensure effective communication and coordination between shifts. Your exceptional customer service skills, conflict resolution abilities, and leadership qualities will enable you to provide an outstanding experience for our customers.
