Part Time Customer Service & Sales Consultant

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and working in a dynamic retail environment? We are seeking a Retail Consultant to join our team on a part-time basis.

As a key member of our retail team, you will have the opportunity to work with a range of customers and empower them by identifying the products and services they need to transform their telecommunications experience.

  • Provide exceptional customer service and create an outstanding in-store customer journey.
  • Collaborate with customers to identify their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Work in a fast-paced, busy retail environment where no two days are the same.
  • Be continually trained up on the latest cutting-edge tech and gadgets.
About the Role

We are looking for someone who can build relationships with new and existing customers, develop customised solutions for customers, drive sales targets and KPIs, and continuously learn and grow within the role.
