About the Role:

As a Senior Curriculum Leader, you will play a key role in driving academic excellence and improving student outcomes. You will be responsible for leading and managing the implementation of whole-school improvement initiatives related to the school strategic plan and priorities.

You will work closely with teachers and staff to develop and implement high-impact teaching strategies that respond to student learning needs. Your expertise in curriculum planning and delivery will ensure that students receive a well-rounded education that prepares them for success in all areas of life.

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and support colleagues to achieve their best. They will also have a strong understanding of Department values and be able to model behaviours and attitudes consistent with these principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and managing the implementation of whole-school improvement initiatives
